KLOW

GLOW's skin/hair/healing benefits plus stronger anti-inflammatory & gut support

Also known as: KLOW Stack, GLOW + KPV

RecoveryCosmeticHealth

Why This Rating?

KLOW is the GLOW stack with KPV added. It keeps GLOW's non-hormonal skin/hair/recovery profile and adds KPV's anti-inflammatory and gut-healing action. Nothing here builds muscle or alters hormones. The natty-scale rating stays low. BPC-157 (S0) and TB-500 (S2) are WADA-prohibited; GHK-Cu and KPV are non-approved research peptides, not for tested athletes.

Overview

The GLOW stack (GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500) plus KPV, a four-peptide blend favored when recovery has a strong inflammatory or gut component. KPV, the C-terminal tripeptide of α-MSH, adds systemic anti-inflammatory and mucosal-healing action on top of GLOW's repair/cosmetic base. A typical pre-blend is an 80mg vial: GHK-Cu 50mg / TB-500 10mg / BPC-157 10mg / KPV 10mg.

What's In It

Protocol

Commonly sold as an 80mg 4-peptide vial reconstituted with ~4 mL bacteriostatic water (→ 20 mg/mL). A ~10-unit (0.1 mL) starting dose delivers roughly GHK-Cu 1.25 mg / BPC-157 0.25 mg / TB-500 0.25 mg / KPV 0.25 mg. Daily total commonly ~2.5-8 mg of blend depending on goal (maintenance/cosmetic at the low end; active injury/post-surgical recovery at the high end). Cycled ~6-8 weeks with a break.

Typical cycle length:6-8 weeks

Timing & Order

  • Inject in the evening: aligns with overnight repair.
  • Never mix vitamin C into the same syringe/vial as the copper peptide (GHK-Cu).
  • Keep topical vitamin C on a separate AM/PM schedule.

Support Supplements

Hydrolyzed collagen / collagen peptides

Building blocks for the collagen the stack stimulates.

Dose
2.5-10 g/day
Timing
Daily

Vitamin C (ascorbate)

Key

Cofactor for collagen cross-linking.

Dose
~80-500 mg/day
Timing
Separate from the GHK-Cu injection; never in the same syringe

Cautions

  • Community/vendor-defined blend, not a clinical protocol.
  • KPV is a non-approved research peptide; sourcing/purity vary, confirm a certificate of analysis.
  • Prolonged high-dose copper-peptide use carries a theoretical copper-accumulation concern. Cycle it.
  • WADA/non-approved peptides: not for tested athletes.

Post Cycle Therapy (PCT)

PCT Not Required

None of the components are hormonal. No PCT required.
