Why This Rating?

GLOW combines three non-hormonal healing/cosmetic peptides. GHK-Cu drives collagen/skin benefits while BPC-157 and TB-500 provide systemic tissue repair. None build muscle or alter hormones: the stack targets skin quality, hair and recovery. BPC-157 (S0) and TB-500 (S2) are WADA-prohibited and GHK-Cu is a non-approved research peptide, so the blend is not for tested athletes; but on the natty scale (enhancement beyond natural muscular potential) it is low.

Overview

A popular three-peptide "glow up" blend for skin, hair, anti-aging and soft-tissue healing. GHK-Cu supplies the cosmetic collagen/ECM benefit; BPC-157 and TB-500 form the systemic tissue-repair base. Commonly sold pre-blended (a typical 70mg vial is GHK-Cu 50mg / TB-500 10mg / BPC-157 10mg).

Protocol

Typically run as a pre-blend (~5:1:1 GHK-Cu:TB-500:BPC-157). A common approach is ~2-2.5 mg total blend per day subcutaneously, a ~2.3 mg dose delivers roughly GHK-Cu ~1.7 mg, TB-500 ~0.33 mg, BPC-157 ~0.33 mg. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. Commonly cycled ~6 weeks on / ~3 weeks off (ranges of 4-8 weeks are used; longer for cosmetic GHK-Cu goals).

Timing & Order

  • Inject in the evening: aligns with the body's overnight repair/collagen upregulation.
  • Never draw vitamin C into the same syringe or vial as the GHK-Cu (free copper + ascorbate is a degrading redox reaction).
  • If using topical vitamin C, keep it on a separate AM/PM schedule from the copper peptide.

Hydrolyzed collagen / collagen peptides

Supplies the amino-acid building blocks (glycine/proline/hydroxyproline) for the collagen this stack stimulates.
