That is still enough to matter for anyone who cares about physique: protein intake and resistance training are the primary defenses against losing muscle during the cut.
Milder GI hit than semaglutide, but you feel it daily
Its short (~13h) half-life makes GI side effects generally less severe than semaglutide's, but you inject every day and re-titrate from 0.6mg if you miss more than ~72 hours. Follow the weekly step-up; skipping steps is what causes the nausea.
