CJC-1295 (DAC) + Ipamorelin
Sustained GH elevation (with DAC) plus a daily ghrelin pulse
Also known as: CJC-1295 DAC + Ipamorelin, CJC-1295 with DAC + Ipa
Why This Rating?
CJC-1295 with DAC binds albumin for a ~6-8 day half-life, holding GH/IGF-1 elevated continuously between shots (a "GH bleed") rather than pulsatile, paired with daily Ipamorelin pulses. More sustained than the no-DAC combo but the same moderate order of enhancement, still your own GH, well below exogenous HGH.
Overview
The DAC variant of the CJC/Ipamorelin pairing. The DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) linker extends CJC-1295 to a ~6-8 day half-life, so it is injected only 1-2x/week and sustains GH/IGF-1 continuously. Ipamorelin is added daily for a ghrelin-receptor pulse.
What's In It
Protocol
CJC-1295 with DAC is injected subcutaneously only 1-2x/week (its long half-life sustains GH for days); Ipamorelin is injected daily, often before bed. NOTE: the calculator blend view splits both to a single daily figure for convenience, in real use the DAC component is weekly, the Ipamorelin daily. Commonly run 12-24 weeks.
Cautions
- •The DAC "GH bleed" (constant elevation) causes more water retention, numbness/tingling and blunted insulin sensitivity than the pulsatile no-DAC combo.
- •Eat no fat/carbs ~30 min around the Ipamorelin shot.
- •Research peptides; verify a certificate of analysis.
- •WADA-prohibited (S2. Peptide Hormones): not for tested athletes.
Post Cycle Therapy (PCT)
Not hormonal (does not affect the HPTA). No PCT required.
